Workshop Description

Delivered by Nicky Fuller Nicky is a highly experienced coach developer in Netball having supported the CPD, mentoring and coach education delivery through to Level 3 with England Netball. An England age group player who has accumulated over 25 years of experience sharing her netball knowledge. Thursday 12th March 2026, 6:30pm - 8.30pm (UK Time) This session will: • Identify models of effective mentoring for both on court side and off court application with coaches. • Look at a variety of mentoring approaches tailored to different coaching contexts. • Develop informal learning through targeted mentoring interventions. • Produce a best-practice model for observing and documenting coaching performance. • Identify key components of professional discussions to use when mentoring. Places are first come, first served. Attendees are expected to have their camera on for the duration of the session. If you are unable to attend the workshop live you can purchase a recording of this workshop by selecting this option in the booking form. Within 72 hours of the workshop taking place you will receive a temporary, single use link via email to access the recording.
