Europe Netball strengthens Officiating Team with two new appointments

Europe Netball is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its officiating team, further strengthening support for officiating across the region.
Europe Netball has welcomed Amy Reid and Jacqueline McKeown, who will bring a wealth of communications expertise and on-the-ground officiating experience to the team.

Amy Reid
Amy joins as a highly experienced communications and public relations specialist, currently working with the World Health Organization in Geneva.
Alongside her professional expertise, Amy is also an active netball athlete representing Switzerland, bringing valuable insight into the sport from a player perspective.

Jacqueline McKeown
Jacqueline brings extensive hands-on experience in netball communications and community engagement.
In addition to her communications background, Jacqueline is a newly qualified umpire and active table official, providing a strong understanding of officiating and the wider netball environment.
Strengthening officiating through communications
These appointments reflect Europe Netball’s ongoing commitment to enhancing how officiating is supported, communicated and celebrated across the region. By combining high-level communications expertise with practical officiating experience, the communications team is well positioned to drive forward initiatives that elevate the profile and understanding of officials within the game.
